- Went to Daytona, Florida, Dec. 11 1914. Started home April 1, got home the 6th. Stayed in N.Y. one night.
- Went to Atlantic City the 9th of Dec. 16, came home Mar. 17, 1917. N.Y. 2 nights.
- Spent the Winter of 1917 & 18 in Mcville in unreadable apartment.
- Sunday, November 11, 1917, saw German submarine which was captured by the English, passed thro McVille on way to Canada.
- In the above, McVille would be Mechanicville, NY, which is on the Hudson river.
